Upload Up to 15 Files at Once
Multi-file drag-and-drop is now available across portal workflows, including Self-Employed Registration, Private Plan Applications, Annual Tasks, and Local Government Opt-Out. Each file gets a document type designation before submission, so your uploads are organized from the start. Fewer sessions, fewer interruptions.
Now Designate the Right Contact for Every Notice
You can now assign specific contacts by type so the right people get the right information automatically, without anyone having to forward or re-route. Set your preferences so claims notices go to HR, wage emails go to Payroll, and finance correspondence goes to Finance.
Find All Your Claims Notices in One Place
A new Claims tab in the Correspondence Center consolidates all benefit-related notices sent from the FAMLI system. Filter by date, search by claimant SSN/ITIN or keyword, and download PDFs directly. No more digging.
Attest to Claim Data Without Opening Every Claim
HR Administrators and Editors can now view claim type and wage replacement data directly from the Claims Dashboard and attest once, across multiple claims, without opening each one individually. What used to take several clicks now takes one.
See Coverage Dates and HR Benefits Info at a Glance
Your Manage Account page now surfaces Elected Coverage Start and End Dates and HR Benefits Contact Info directly, so key account details are visible without navigating away.
Faster, Smarter Wage Search
Server-side search now handles employer datasets of over 10,000 employees, so large organizations can query wage report records quickly and accurately.
Automated Plan Status Management
A nightly system batch now handles account activations, deactivations, and coverage overlap tracking automatically based on plan start and end dates. One less thing to monitor manually.
