New in the My FAMLI+ Employer Portal
Historical Wage Reporting for Employers & TPAs
Authorized external users (ACR Admins, Editors, and TPAs) can now manually report wages up to five years in the past.
Export Wage & Payment Records
Employers and TPAs can now easily export data tables from the "Wages & Payments" tab directly to a CSV file. This includes the Quarterly Status, Wage Reports by Quarter, Balance Overview, and Payment History tables, making off-system record-keeping significantly easier.
New Required Program Notice
The FAMLI Required Program Notice has been updated. Employers should replace prior versions of the FAMLI Program Notice with the updated version.

 Upcoming Enhancements – May
Employer Correspondence: Employee Claim Notices
Employers will be able to download their employee-related notices from the My FAMLI+ Employer Correspondence Center. Employers will be able to view claim-related notices directly via a new tab. Employers will be able to download notices, and filter by date, claimant SSN/ITIN, claim ID, and read status – making it easier to track and manage benefit correspondence in one place.
Simplified Attestation
HR Administrators and Editors will be able to attest to viewing claim type and wage data directly from the Claims Dashboard, without opening each claim individually. Toggle controls will let users reveal or hide “Claim Type” and “Weekly Wage Replacement Amount” details across one or multiple claims at a time, with a single employer-level attestation required only on first access.
Account Contact Designation By Type
Employers will be able to designate specific contacts by type (ie, Claims, Authorized Employer Contact, Legal, HR, Tax, Payroll, and Finance) to ensure the right people receive the right correspondence. For example, Payroll contacts will receive wage reporting emails; and Finance contacts will receive finance and payment emails automatically. Employers will be able to add these contacts during registration, through “Manage Accounts,” or via a semi-annual task prompt.

2023 Premium Overpayment Refund Checks – Certification Required
Deadline – As Soon As Possible
Paper refund checks for outstanding 2023 FAMLI premium overpayments were mailed to qualified employers at the most recent address associated with their FAMLI account. Each check included a certification form that must be signed and returned to the FAMLI Division. The certification confirms acknowledgment of the responsibility to refund any employee contributions that were previously withheld.
Please sign and return the certification as soon as possible to complete the refund process.
- Employers who do not return the signed certification within six months may be referred to the FAMLI Audits team for review.
- Uncashed refund checks will escheat after six months and be transferred to the Treasury as unclaimed property.
