New in the My FAMLI+ Employer Portal
We’re continuing to improve the My FAMLI+ Employer portal based on employer feedback.
Export Wage & Payment Records
Employers and TPAs can now export wage and payment tables from the My FAMLI+ Employer portal as a CSV file. This makes it easier to share records with payroll teams, reconcile reporting, and maintain off-system documentation.
Faster Employee Leave Notifications
Employers will now receive a claim submission notice as soon as an employee completes identity verification, helping you stay informed earlier in the claim process.
Reconsideration Request Notifications
When employers submit information that affects a claim, both the employer and claimant will now receive clearer notifications explaining when a claim remains eligible but requires adjustments.
New Required Program Notice
The FAMLI Required Program Notice has been updated. Employers should replace prior versions of the FAMLI Program Notice with the updated version.

 Employer Actions & Deadlines
Time-sensitive to-do’s for Colorado employers.
Submit Quarterly Reports
Deadline – April 30th, 2026
Submit Q1 2026 reports in My FAMLI+ Employer. If you need assistance, please see FAMLI’s collection of how-to-videos, user guides, file specifications, and sample templates for help.
2023 Premium Overpayment Refund Checks – Certification Required
Deadline – As Soon As Possible
Paper refund checks for outstanding 2023 FAMLI premium overpayments were mailed to qualified employers at the most recent address associated with their FAMLI account. Each check included a certification form that must be signed and returned to the FAMLI Division. The certification confirms acknowledgment of the responsibility to refund any employee contributions that were previously withheld.
Please sign and return the certification as soon as possible to complete the refund process.
- Employers who do not return the signed certification within six months may be referred to the FAMLI Audits team for review.
- Uncashed refund checks will escheat after six months and be transferred to the Treasury as unclaimed property.
