 Prevent Duplicate Payments: Check the Online Portal
The Boiler Program has noticed that many of the boiler invoices are being paid twice - once online and once via mail - by different parties associated with the boilers (Responsible Parties, Property Management Companies, and Third-party Payment Vendors).
To avoid submitting duplicate invoice payments, please log in to the Online Portal first to see if the invoice has already been paid.

If you haven't set up your account yet, it only takes a minute:

Visit the Portal.

Register: Click on "Register."

Access Information: Click on "Location Search" Enter location-specific information, such as name, address, city, or zip, into the text box below and click "Search." You can use "%" as a wildcard in your searches. If you are having trouble finding what you need, click here for some search tips.
