State of Colorado Conveyance Regulations
The new version of the State of Colorado Conveyance Regulations is set to become effective on January 1, 2026. Along with the adoption of more recent versions of conveyance codes, there are significant changes that affect our stakeholders. A copy of the new regulations is attached to this bulletin and will also be available on our website near the end of December.
All conveyance stakeholders are encouraged to take the time to review the new version of the regulations to become familiar with the new requirements, as well as to refresh themselves with the existing requirements.
Thank you to everyone who participated in stakeholder meetings and provided input and comments during the last year as we worked through the revision process.
If you have any questions regarding the new version of the regulations, please do not hesitate to contact the Conveyance Program Manager, David Hutchcraft at David.Hutchcraft@state.co.us.
