July 31 Deadline: Q2 Wage Reports and Premiums
⏰ The Q2 reporting deadline is just around the corner!
We appreciate the effort you put into meeting FAMLI requirements on time - and ensuring accurate benefits for your employees.
To help you stay current with your record and avoid late fees, please remember that Q2 wage reports and corresponding premium payments are due Thursday, July 31, 2025.
You can manually report wages in the portal for the current quarter and the five most recently completed quarters. To report wages outside of that timeframe, you can now easily use the “bulk upload” option in the portal.
Take a moment to log into your My FAMLI+ Employer account and check for outstanding tasks. To ensure you don’t miss important updates, we also recommend adding “cdle_famli-alerts@state.co.us” to your “safe sender” list.

Know Your FAMLI: How to Pay Back Premiums in Installments
Did you know that you have options to manage your FAMLI financial obligations on terms that work for your business?
The FAMLI Division offers installment agreements, allowing you to structure payments flexibly through what we call an installment payment agreement, or IPA.
Employers can choose the length of the payment period and whether payments are made on the 1st or 15th.
Want to set one up or talk about your options? Call us at 1-866-CO-FAMLI and ask to find out about creating an IPA for your account.

 By the Numbers
FAMLI isn’t only about time away from work. It’s about ensuring your businesses’ revenue isn’t lost just because someone needed to care for themselves or others without pay. And this month, FAMLI’s returned nearly $55 million dollars throughout the state. That’s nearly $55 million in potential revenue for businesses like yours, returned to customers who need you.
