State of Colorado Conveyance Regulation Revisions
The OPS Conveyance Program is currently revising the Colorado Conveyance Regulation. Thank you to everyone who participated in the first three stakeholder meetings and provided comments thus far.
The next stakeholder meeting will be held on July 15, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

The current regulations and the draft of the proposed regulation revisions are both available on the OPS website. The adopted revisions will become effective on January 1, 2026.
If you have suggestions for additions or edits to the current regulations and would like them to be considered for the proposed revisions, please send them to david.hutchcraft@state.co.us and cdle_ops_public_comment@state.co.us. If providing a suggestion, please provide the verbiage to consider and reasoning for suggesting.
