The OPS Conveyance Program will be switching to a new and updated database on December 30, 2024.
Although there will be minimal impact to you as external users, there are few things you should be aware of:
-
Logging in. If you have an existing user name for logging into the current database, that username will remain the same. However, you will need to create a new password, as your current password will not carry over. When the change is complete existing users will receive an email directing them to change their password.
-
Bookmarks. Once the move to the new database is completed, existing users will no longer be able to log into the old system.
- This change will also affect any bookmarks or favorites that you may use to quickly access the current database, as those bookmarks will no longer direct you to an active database.
There will be a few other minor changes as it relates to the look and feel of the new database, but we anticipate that external users will find these changes to be a welcome update.
More information will be provided prior to the December 30 database change date.
Once the new database is live, the Conveyance Program staff will be available to assist you with any questions you may have.
State of Colorado Conveyance Regulations
The OPS Conveyance Program will be opening the Conveyance Regulations for revision in 2025. The revised regulations will have an effective date of January 1, 2026. There will be a series of conveyance stakeholder meetings and discussions throughout the revision process. Keep an eye on your email and our website for dates and times of those stakeholder meetings to participate in this process.
