It’s almost time for FAMLI deductions! Is your business registered?
|
|
Hey Colorado employers,
Colorado’s voter-approved paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance program is a go and registration is now open! Payroll deductions must begin in January, and businesses need to be registered before the first premium payments are due on April 30, 2023. (There will be a 30-day grace period before payments are considered late.)
Good news – we have many new resources to help you with My FAMLI+ Employer to make sure you’ve got this. Our December webinar is available on demand whenever you need it. We walk you through the process and answer some of the most frequently asked questions.
Couldn’t make our last live webinar? We have another one coming up next week:
We’ll be answering your questions live and streaming the session on our YouTube channel.

HOT TIP: Connect with your TPA!
If you work with a third party administrator (TPA) who will be supporting your business with your FAMLI obligations, please talk with your TPA before you register. Many TPAs will be registering on behalf of the employers they serve. If you happen to register before your TPA registers on your behalf, your TPA will be able to connect the two accounts for you.
