Hello Everyone,
Important reminder, the deadline to renew your slip is Sunday, March 1. All slip leases must be signed, and invoices paid by this date in order to maintain your slip for the upcoming season. If your lease is not signed and payment is not received by March 1, it will be assumed that you will not be returning, and your slip will be forfeited.
After the renewal deadline, any available slips will be offered to individuals on our waitlist. Once all slips have been filled, I will update the waitlist and notify those who were unable to secure a slip for the 2026 season that we are at capacity.
Spring work orders were sent to slip holders on February 16. If you wish to store your trailer for the summer, please make sure to submit a completed work order. Any additional services, such as boat cover installation, must be clearly written in on your work order. We are only able to complete the services specified on the work order, so please ensure all requests are listed. If you do not need trailer storage or any other services, please indicate "reject the contract" on your work order. If you are looking for additional services such as a bottom paint or gel coat, please not that it may take longer than usual as our service team will also be working on the docks to keep up with water levels. Please contact Pil Bretschneider at PhilB@dillonmarina.com to request these services.
If you need to make changes to a work order that has already been submitted, please email me directly, and I will update the existing work order for you. Once a work order is submitted, it automatically enters our system, and changes must be made either in person by filling out a new form or via email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept verbal changes, as we want to ensure nothing is overlooked and all requests are accurately captured in writing.
If you would prefer to complete your renewal or work order in person, I’m happy to assist you. Please contact me ahead of time so I can ensure I’m available, as I occasionally work from home.

Boats For Sale
There are currently no boats for sale.
The Dillon Marina in NO way represents the items posted in this section, nor has any knowledge of the condition of such items. All correspondence shall be kept between the listing and interested parties. No additional information will be provided by the marina.
The Dillon Marina will no longer be accepting boats for sale via email. If you have a boat-related item to sell, please fill out the Boats for Sale Form linked below. You can also use this form to let the marina know that a boat has been sold so we can remove it from the boats for sale listings. Boats for sale will only be listed for 3 months. If the boat is still for sale after that time period, the listing will be removed and a new form must be submitted.
