Mark your calendar for the most magical time of year in Dillon as we celebrate the start of the holidays with the Lighting of Dillon and the Holiday Lights Scavenger Hunt. After the lighting take a stroll through Dillon and enjoy a canopy of classic and elegant lights, and majestic light sculptures hidden around town. Participants will receive a holiday lighting passport to take with them on the scavenger hunt. Visit all seven giant illuminated sculptures for your chance to receive a holiday gift.

 Back Office News
As we get closer to the new year, I wanted to send a quick reminder about a few key deadlines related to your lease for the 2026 season.
To help keep the renewal process running smoothly, please take a moment to look over your account and make sure any outstanding invoices are taken care of. If there are open balances, I’ll send occasional reminders to help ensure everything is handled on time. All invoices must be fully paid by December 31 in order to remain eligible to renew your 2026 lease.
Please also keep in mind that a new lease agreement is required each year. A slip is not guaranteed until the lease is signed, and the annual slip fee has been paid in full.
For your convenience, here are some helpful notes and answers to common questions about the renewal process:

Slip Renewals: Renewal documents will be emailed during the first week of January 2026. You’ll be able to access these forms directly from that email or by searching for them in MarinaGO.

Boat Registration Requirement: New for 2026, we will need your updated 2026 boat registration. You can register your vessel through Colorado Parks and Wildlife. A receipt or photo of your 2026 registration must be sent to KarleeF@DillonMarina.com.

Slip Assignments: You’ll automatically keep your current slip unless you request a change and another slip becomes available. If you’d like to move, please ask to be added to the transfer list. There is a $30 fee for this request.

Spring Work Orders: All leaseholders will receive a spring work order, even if you don’t need any spring services. This helps us speed up the process overall. If it doesn’t apply to you, simply open the form and click “reject.”

Payment Deadlines & Discounts: All renewals are due by March 1, 2026. If you submit payment on or before February 1, you’ll receive a 2% discount on your slip or storage fee.

Dock Box Requests: If you’d like to add a dock box to your slip, please send your request via email.

In-Person Lease Signing: If you’d prefer to sign your lease in person, you’re always welcome to stop by the office. Just give me a quick heads-up beforehand, as I occasionally work remotely.

Boats For Sale
The Dillon Marina in NO way represents the items posted in this section, nor has any knowledge of the condition of such items. All correspondence shall be kept between the listing and interested parties. No additional information will be provided by the marina.
The Dillon Marina will no longer be accepting boats for sale via email. If you have a boat-related item to sell, please fill out the Boats for Sale Form linked below. You can also use this form to let the marina know that a boat has been sold so we can remove it from the boats for sale listings. Boats for sale will only be listed for 3 months. If the boat is still for sale after that time period, the listing will be removed and a new form must be submitted.
