DURA Redevelopment Proposal Open House
On Monday, December 9, 2024, the Dillon Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) will hold a redevelopment proposal open house at Pug Ryan’s Brewing Company, 104 Village Place, Dillon, CO 80435 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Town staff and the prospective developer will attend to present the redevelopment proposal and review plans with the community.
