Spring in the Rockies means snow is still falling and the temperature swing is giving us whiplash! While snow is not ideal for getting spring work orders completed, we are looking forward to having a full reservoir as the summer approaches.
The ice has begun to melt around the shoreline and it won't be long until the lake is ice free and we are launching boats. Keep an eye on the melting reservoir with our livestream camera at the Dillon Amphitheater.

Boat Rental Reservations
Reservations are now open
Boat rentals for the 2024 summer season opened on Monday, April 1. All boats are available to rent for a minimum of two hours. Our most popular rental periods are two, three and four-hour rentals, but you are welcome to call us for additional hours. Lake Dillon is the largest lake in the area and offers magnificent mountain vistas. Boat rentals enable you to explore the lake, fish or just bask in the summer sun.

Let's Go Boating
Mark your calendar for the Let's Go Boating annual fundraiser for the League for Animals and People of the Summit (LAPS). Join us on June 8 and June 9 for what promises to be a delightful experience for both participants and furry friends alike. This two-day event offers the public the opportunity to embark on 45-minute boat rides guided by local captains, ensuring an enjoyable journey on the serene waters of the Dillon Reservoir.
Attendees can look forward to not only enjoying the picturesque views of the marina and surrounding landscape, but also contributing to a noble cause. LAPS, dedicated to supporting animals and people in the Summit County community, stands to benefit greatly from the proceeds of this event.
Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a first-time boater, Let's Go Boating welcomes all to come aboard for a memorable experience while making a difference.

Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone is enjoying their very Colorado spring. We are gearing up to get started on spring work orders as soon as the weather participates. If you have not submitted your work order for the season, please reach out so I can send you a new one. If you have completed your work order but forgot to add an additional service, please email us or stop by to fill out an additional work order. Also note that if we are not storing your trailer, it needs to be removed from the marina as quickly as possible. If it is still at the marina two weeks after we launch your boat, we will start charging for trailer storage.
The Marina’s opening day for rentals and the launch ramp is May 25 as long as Mother Nature agrees. We are booking up quickly for rentals, so please make sure to book for this summer!
