Holiday Lights
Enjoy the magic of the season with the Town of Dillon’s immersive lighting experience! Take a stroll through Dillon and enjoy a canopy of classic and elegant lights, and majestic light sculptures hidden around town. Take a photo with your favorite sculpture and tag @dilloncolorado and use #dillonlights for your chance to be featured on our social media channels. Free parking is available in all town owned lots. Park in the downtown core and walk to the various sculptures around town.
The lights will be on display through March 2024.

Back Office News
Hello Everyone,
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. As we look ahead to 2024 there are some important things to remember as well as some changes you need to be aware of.
Important Reminders:
First and most importantly, if you have an outstanding invoice, you will not be eligible for a slip in 2024. All invoices must be paid to renew your slip for the 2024 season.
Second, customers must complete a new lease agreement every year. You are not guaranteed a slip until you have completed your lease agreement and paid your annual slip fee.
Below is some helpful information and FAQs on slip renewals:
- Renewals will go out via EMAIL the first week of January 2024. You can access the documents through email or in your online portal or email.
- You will stay in the same slip UNLESS you request to move slips. If you wish to move to a different slip, you will need to request to be put on the "transfer list" which has a $30 fee.
- Everyone will also receive a spring work order in February. If you do not need a spring work order, simply open the document & click "reject."
- All slip renewals including payment are due by March 1. If you pay on or before February 1, you will receive a 2% discount off your slip or storage fee.
If you would like to fill out your renewal in person, I am happy to help. Please contact me ahead of time so I can expect you, as I occasionally work from home. My in-office schedule is typically Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Changes for the 2024 season:
MARINAGO - MARINAGO is the new customer portal system for the marina. This portal will enable you to see and pay current invoices, view upcoming charges, the 3% processing fee, and to see past payments you have made. You will also be able to see your slip information under the reservations tab. At this time, the portal will not have your lease agreements or your work orders, those will all be communicated through email. To access the portal, you will need to login and create your personal customer account.
To create your MARINAGO account please visit the link below and select sign up at the bottom. Enter your information, agree to the terms and services, and click create account. Once the account is created follow the prompts to check and confirm your account via email. After the account is confirmed, you will be able to login and view your portal.
Work Orders – Work orders automatically enter our system once the work order is submitted. If a change needs to be made to a work order that has been submitted, you need to either come into the office and fill out another work order, or you need to email the changes that need to be made. Changes cannot be made verbally due to the fact it must be in writing from you personally. We want to make sure that nothing is missed and having it in writing is the best way to do that.
Email Changes - If your email changes, you need to contact us as soon as possible to make sure you are receiving all the current information.
