October in the high country is one of the most beautiful times of the year. We were fortunate to have great weather throughout the month making the winterization process at the marina a breeze. All boats are out of the water and the crew is busy winterizing our infrastructure for the winter. Work orders and boat service continue as we head into November.

Crane Day
Crane Day is an annual occurrence where we haul the boats that are too big to haul on the ramp. This year we were blessed with beautiful weather, a rockstar crew, and a nearly full reservoir. Our friends from K.P. Squared Crane came down from northern Colorado to lend a hand again this year. Now it's time to button up everything for the upcoming winter.
We are knee deep into our fall service, so if you need work done to your boat, please submit a work order as soon as possible.

A-Dock Extension
In the spring of 2023, the Dillon Town Council approved a plan for the extension of A-Dock and the eventual relocation of the dock to the west side of the launch ramp. A-Dock plays a critical role in protecting the infrastructure of the Dillon Marina and has been identified as an essential project to the Dillon Marina Master Plan. The first phase of the project was completed on October 20. The extension will add 26 additional slips to the marina. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please click the link below.

Winter Lake Activities
Dillon is more than just a summer destination. With easy access to seven major ski resorts and plenty of winter activities right in town, it's the perfect base camp for the winter adventurer.
Enjoy ice skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, pond hockey and ice fishing, right off the shores of the Dillon Marina. Relax with a quite stroll through downtown Dillon's winter wonderland, amid the sparkle and glow of thousands of holiday lights.
Winter lake amenities will open mid to late January.

Hello Everyone,
My husband and I just got home from our amazing honeymoon to Ireland and Scotland! We were fortunate to have great weather for this bucket list vacation and destination. We arrived home to subzero temperatures and snow in the high country, which means winter is right around the corner. As we continue to button up the marina for the upcoming season, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone for a wonderful summer! To all our guests, slip holders, sailors, yachties, and staff, we couldn't do what we do without you. Cheers to another great season, we are already looking forward to next year!
