Hi Everyone,
Happy Winter Solstice! There is still a lot of winter ahead, but we have officially turned the mark toward longer days and another summer on Lake Dillon.
Warning! Tyler gave me a “Karaoke Bling Microphone and Speaker” for Christmas. Armed with a portable, pink, blinged out, rechargeable karaoke microphone and speaker, I can now bring my random acts of stupidity directly to you. I am not sure if it’s water resistant, but we are going to find out.
I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays with family and friends. It has been wonderful to have my family together over this break (I think our dog is the happiest). Please have a safe holiday season and we will see you in 2023!

Hello All,
I hope everyone is enjoying this chilly December! We are doing our best to stay warm here at the marina. With 2023 right around the corner, I want to go over some last-minute items before we move into the new year.
First and foremost, if you have an outstanding invoice, you will not be eligible for a slip in 2023. All invoices must be paid in order to renew your slip for the 2023 season.
Second, customers must complete a new lease agreement every year. You are not guaranteed a slip until you have completed your lease agreement and paid your annual slip fee.
Below is some helpful information and FAQs on slip renewals:
- Renewals will go out via EMAIL the first week of January 2023. You can access the documents through the email or in your online portal.
- You will stay in the same slip UNLESS you request to move slips. If you wish to move to a different slip, you will need to request to be put on the "transfer list" which has a $30 fee.
- Everyone will also receive a spring work order. If you do not need a spring work order, simply open the document & click "reject."
- All slip renewals including payment are due by March 1. If you pay on or before February 1, you will receive a 2% discount off your slip or storage fee.
If you would like to fill out your renewal in person, I am happy to help. Please contact me ahead of time so I know to expect you, as I occasionally work from home. My schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
