Hi Everyone,
We wrapped up the Thursday Night Sailing Series on September 15th. Another great season in the books! It is such a pleasure to be part of this amazing series and have the opportunity to sail along side this community. Five years ago, it would have been hard to believe that Thursday nights would be so successful. Without the support of the Dillon Yacht Club, DB Tanner, Frank Keesling, Jim Vogel, Erin Sirek and all of you, this series wouldn’t be possible. I am sad that it is over for 2022 but, I am already looking forward to 2023.
Our marina crew has switched gears and we are fully into fall service here at the marina. Rentals closed on September 11th to give our team time to install our new rental dock. The new fuel system will be tested to full function this fall and we will have the ability to sell non-ethanol fuel all year round. Tell all your friends with snowmobiles that the marina will be selling fuel all winter!
While it's always a bummer to see the summer come to an end, we hope to see you this winter whether its' on the Lake Loops or the Community Ice Rink. Take care.

Hello All!
Fall is here and we have been very busy with our fall projects. Our new rental dock is in place and we are working on the final touches. We are also in the process of getting our new permanent stairs which we expect to be completed in November.
Slip holders should have received their work orders in August. If you did not have a chance to fill it out I will need to issue you a new one. Please email me, karleef@dillonmarina.com, to request a new work order.
Our winter storage if FULL for any non-slip holders. We can still provide fall service to any customer but we will not be able to store any more boats this winter as our winter storage is already at capacity.
It is very important to check the dates listed below and to follow our service protocol accordingly. We have limited staff so please make sure to expect a minimum of 5 days from your listed "date available" for completion of services.
- October 12th - Crane Day.
- October 16th - last date boats can be in the water. If the marina is NOT hauling your boat, the vessel MUST be out of the water by this date.
- October and November service commences. We shrink wrap all boats with their mast down unless they cannot fit in our garage. There will be no exceptions. If this does not work for you as we have stated in the past, we highly suggest a custom cover.
The Marina was inundated with boats needing service this season. Delivery time for parts has been lengthy. If you are looking to have your oil changed, we strongly suggest your work order be in ASAP. All Motors are different, and we will do our best to make sure we have the right filter for your boat which could take additional wait time based on part availability and delivery times. As always, please reach out with any questions. Thank you for a great summer!
