Dear NSGP Recipients, 

Updated information regarding the 2025 NSGP Nonprofit Security Grant.

Applications are due October 26, 2025.

As per previous communications, the funding up to $200,000 per location and a new Investment Justification (IJ) form.

Anyone that recently received funding is still eligible to apply. Please use the FEMA Website button below to learn more about the Nonprofit Security Grant Program.

Important Dates

• Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO): July 28, 2025
• Applications due to State of Colorado: October 26, 2025
• Decision from FEMA: TBD

Please submit your application (Investment Justification-IJ), mission statement on your letterhead, vulnerability/risk assessment, application certification form, bios/resumes (see above for details). Use the Colorado Forms button below to access the application certification form and the FEMA Preparedness Grant Manual.
