January Updates
Happy New Year! Please find the January State Steering Committee (SSC) agenda, recording, and materials in this folder. Additionally, you can find the 2025 SSC meeting schedule here.
We are looking forward to Andie's return at the beginning of February!
Apricot Updates:
- The migration from ETO to Apricot is in progress with a new target completion date of Feb 15th. While the migration is in process, we ask that Apricot database users not attempt to access those specific records until permission is announced.
- Access opening for all CMP Apricot users for their respective county(s) to allow for new, non-ETO data entry. The new permissions will be applied to all user accounts by the end of the day Jan 24th.
- Apricot weekly office hours started Jan 21st and will continue every Tuesday at noon through the month of March. Calendar invites have been sent. Bring your questions and we will work to find the solutions you need!
- Additional Apricot trainings have been scheduled and calendar invites have been sent. All of the trainings will be recorded and available in the Coordinator Resource Hub.
- Import (known as "batch upload" in ETO) is scheduled for Jan 31st 9-11.
- Reports training is scheduled for Feb 7th 9-10.
- Using the "Connect" function training is scheduled for Feb 12th 9-10.
- Quarterly data entry for the second and third quarters (Oct 2024-March 2025) will be combined and due by April 30, 2025 due to the extended data migration process.
Restorative Justice Training and Panel
- On Feb 3rd from 1-3pm we will be providing an opportunity for CMP Coordinators to hear more information about Restorative Justice (RJ) programs and how they are operating around the state. The training will include an overview of RJ as well as a robust discussion panel with representatives from numerous RJ programs who will speak to their programs and operations. Invitations to this training have been sent and we look forward to your attendance and participation!
Join a CMP Subcommittee
- CMP has a number of subcommittees to help with our organization and operations. Coordinators are invited to participate in any or many of these and no subject matter experience is needed! Committees, times, and contact information are as follows:
- Onboarding: first Thursdays of the month 11-12: Contact: Sarah Davenport
- Evaluation: Every other month on the second Wednesday of the month from 11-12. Contact: McKenna Hynes and Liz Kuker
- Family Voice and Choice: third Monday 10-11: Contact: Katie Golieb and Margie Grimsley
- Policy: third Monday 2-3pm: Contact: Lindsey Jones

Family Corner
Family Voice Evaluation
CSU has started their annual CMP Family Voice Evaluation for this fiscal year. Please click here for important additional information about the Family Voice Evaluation process, tips, and resources.
With the goal of 100% CMP site participation in the Family Voice Evaluation, efforts are underway to provide support with engaging families in the evaluation process. The evaluation team will host two convenings in February to offer support and resources for this process for newly participating CMP sites . These convenings will be held on Feb 12th from 11-12, and Feb 14th from 1-2pm. Please plan to attend on one of these dates.
BHA Listening Session and Regional Engagement Specialists
The Behavioral Health Administration is hosting their third listening session on January 29th from 10:30 to 12:00pm virtually via zoom. This is a chance to hear about the progress being made towards building the continuum of care for all children and youth, as well as to hear your thoughts as they work on the next phase of this process. If you are interested in attending please register here .
Also, the BHS has established a team of Regional Engagement Specialist to support each Colorado County with accessing behavioral health services in their area. They have provided information about this effort, including a map of the BHA regions and corresponding points of contact. For more information, please check out their flyer here.

Job Opportunities
- The Colorado Family Hub is hiring a Lead Family Coordinator (see full description here). This position will work to empower families/caregivers, and youth through voice and system/service improvement advocacy. Although this posting is open until filled. Funding Opportunities
- Opportunity Now has opened its phase 3 grant application for programs operating in the health care, education, behavioral health, and early childhood education areas. Applications are due Feb 7th. For information on eligibility and how to apply, click here.
