Tracy Opp has worked for the Arapahoe County Department of Human Services, Adult Protection team since 2007. She has worked with at-risk, vulnerable adults since 1995 in many different entities. She does all the mandatory reporting for Arapahoe County and provides several trainings on adult protection.
Training synopsis:
Mandatory reporters are required by law to report physical abuse, sexual abuse, caretaker neglect and exploitation of at-risk elders and at-risk adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The training will educate mandatory reporters on what situations must be reported and to whom, the difference between mandatory reporting to law enforcement and urged reporting to Adult Protection Services.
