New ATS Feature: Schedule Change Request!
With the June 2026 release, we have exciting news to support communication and customer service. There is a new ATS features provide an additional way for CCCAP caretakers to communicate with their county CCCAP eligibility team. Please see the CCCAP ATS Provider updates that were shared with providers on 6/22/2026 related to the 6/21/2026 release:

Training Updates
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Eligible Activity Policy is Effective July 1!
To support implementation of this new policy, at least one Eligibility Worker, Eligibility Supervisor, or Universal User in each county must attend a live training session or review a session recording, and pass a knowledge check in the CCCAP Learning Management System (LMS) by July 31, 2026.
If one worker from your county did not attend a live training, the requirement can be fulfilled by reviewing a recording of a live session. This recording is also available for those who attended a training and want to review the material.
All users who attend a live session or review a session recording must pass the knowledge check to complete the training requirement.
The Quick Reference Guide (QRG) - Primary Activity has also been updated to reflect the new guidance regarding the SUD eligible activity, including step-by-step details of how to verify the activity and enter the appropriate data into CHATS. An FAQ is currently in development.
New Worker Eligibility Cohort Training
Starting July 1, 2026, new Eligibility Workers, Eligibility Supervisors, and Universal Users must complete the live, instructor-led Eligibility Cohort to gain access to CHATS. The Eligibility Cohort will be offered virtually on a monthly basis, a change from the previous quarterly schedule. We are excited to increase our offering of this training due to its popularity and the opportunity to set new workers up for success with enhanced state support. The following are the planned cohort dates for the rest of the year:
- August 3-14
- September 8-18 (Labor Day 9/7- No live instruction/office hours)
- October 6-16 (Frances Cabrini Day 10/5- No live instruction/office hours)
- November 2-13 (Veteran’s Day 11/11- No live instruction/office hours)
- December 7-18

To sign up for an upcoming cohort:
- Go to the Interest Tracking form in the LMS.
- Copy all the questions from that page (County, CCCAP Role, etc.), as you will be answering them in the form.
- Click "Notify Me".
- Paste the questions in the Comments box and include the answers to the questions. If there is a specific month you want to attend, please note this here.
- Check the box for "All Locations."
- Click Submit.
The interest tracker serves as a “waiting room.” At the end of the month, names will be pulled off the interest form and an invitation email sent to participants to confirm attendance and enrollment in the upcoming cohort.
