OVP Updates
Welcome to our new Grant Financial Manager!
My name is Toni Diebolt, and I’m excited to be joining the Office for Victims Programs as a Financial Grant Manager. I’ve spent the past four years in federal service with the Department of Energy and the Department of Transportation as a Contract Specialist. Much of my work has focused on tracking obligations, reviewing invoices and funding documentation, and making sure everything stayed audit-ready while collaborating with program, legal, and finance teams.
I’m looking forward to bringing that experience here to OVP to support programs that make a real difference for victims across Colorado.
Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with my family and friends, behind a camera, in the gym, practicing archery, engaging in my favorite seasonal sports like softball or snowboarding, or in the middle of a good book.
I’m grateful for the chance to contribute and look forward to supporting DCJ’s important mission.
