 As a grantee, it is critical that you know the following information about your grant:

Current Grant Number
- New grant awards started in January of 2025, so you should be using the grant number for your CY25 award.

Funding Source
- The quickest way to identify your funding source is by looking at the two letters in your current grant number (See "How to Read Your Grant Number" below).

Grant Reporting Schedule
- The reports required for each grant vary by funding source. The CY25 Grant Reporting schedules are provided below.

Budget and Scope of Work

To download your CY25 Grant Agreement, which contains your budget and statement of work, from ZoomGrants:
- Log in to ZoomGrants
- Go to the "Grant Agreement" tab and scroll down to "Documents"
- Select the "Executed Grant Agreement" to download a copy
- Scroll through the document to "Exhibit D, Statement of Work" and "Exhibit E, Budget"

Welcome Vincent!
We are excited to introduce you to Vincent Alvarez-Montello, our newest SkillBridge intern. Vincent will be working with the grants team in OVP until mid July. He currently serves in the Air Force as a Ground Transportation Supervisor for the Air Force Academy band. Vincent has served in the Air Force for ten years. (Thank you for your service!)
Vincent enjoys skiing, fishing, hiking, and Star Wars with his wife Yolanda who finished her skill bridge internship and recently joined the Office of Research and Statistics team. They have 3 dogs to help keep them busy, too!

Denim Day
The OVP participated in Denim Day 2025 on April 30th. Denim Day is a worldwide movement to wear jeans as a visible means of protest against misconceptions that surround sexual assault. Denim Day takes place during Sexual Assault Awareness Month each year.
Join the CVS Advisory Board
The Crime Victim Services (CVS) Advisory Board is a 28-member board appointed by the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Public Safety. The Board acts in an advisory capacity to the Department and the Division of Criminal Justice in making grant funding recommendations regarding State VALE, SASP, VAWA, and VOCA crime victim assistance projects.
The CVS Advisory Board is seeking applications for the following representatives:
- Tribal Representative from the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe
- Tribal Representative from the Southern Ute Tribe
- Local VALE Board Member Representative

Free Masks and Hand Sanitizer!
The Office for Victims Programs has bottles of hand sanitizer and boxes of N95 masks available for pick-up at our office in Lakewood (700 Kipling St. Lakewood, CO 80215).
