Important Reminder for CVS Grantees
We wanted to take a quick moment to remind all current CVS grantees about the importance of thoroughly reading this and all future monthly CVS Connections newsletters. It was recently brought to our attention that several grantees are not reading the newsletter and are therefore missing important updates about grant requirements, changes and deadlines. Please note that as a CVS grantee, this newsletter is the main form of communication our Grants Team employs and failure to read it moving forward may result in your agency missing out on future funding opportunities. Please ensure all appropriate staff members with CVS grants responsibilities are subscribed and reading this information, as our Team will no longer be sending separate, individualized communications regarding topics covered here. Thank you for your assistance as we try to ensure clear, consistent communication with all of our 200+ grantees across the state.

Future Transition to Fluxx: The Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ) is in the process of transitioning from ZoomGrants to Fluxx, the Division's new grants management system (GMS). While CVS grantees will not be applying in and/or conducting post-award activities in the system until CY2026, some applicant and grantee data will be migrated into the new Fluxx system over the next several months, which may cause organizations to receive automated communications from the system. NO ACTION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. State VALE Grantees will be transitioning into Fluxx for FY26 and have received information related to these changes. The Grants Team will reach out to grantees when and if action is required in the new GMS system. Please email questions or concerns to cvsgrants@state.co.us.
-
ZoomGrants Reminder: As a reminder, Account Owners must log in to ZoomGrants and add collaborators in order for those individuals to have access to reports and payment requests in ZoomGrants. Please use the Adding Collaborators Job Aid for instructions.
