Centennial Technology Center Acquired by ZS Capital Partners
Denver-based ZS Capital Partners (ZS) has acquired Centennial Technology Center (CTC), an 87,923-square-foot, Class A small-bay industrial and research and development property in Centennial. Their business plan entails investing significant capital to improve and fully lease the property. Centennial Technology Center was built in 2000.

Subscribe to their monthly newsletter to learn more about their dynamic employer partnerships, community engagement, and groundbreaking initiatives like the CO Space Institute, the Littleton Leadership Academy, and Skill Advance Colorado.
- Arapahoe/Douglas Works offers grants through their Competitive Edge Employee Development (CEED) funds, which are designed to support local businesses and non-profit organizations in Arapahoe and Douglas Counties. These grants aim to empower organizations by offering training opportunities for current employees. The Pre-Award assessment is open and the submission deadline is Friday, December 5.
- South Metro Denver Chamber's Economic Development group will host their annual Economic Forecast Breakfast on Friday, January 30 from 7:30 - 10 a.m. at the Douglas County School District Legacy Campus (10035 S. Peoria St., Parker). Top speakers explore anticipated market changes and trends that are expected to shape the upcoming year of our economy, public policy and the overall business climate of Colorado and the South Metro region.
City Announcements
- The City of Centennial offices will be closed in observance of Veteran's Day on Tuesday, November 11 as well as Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
- Centennial's last signature event of the year, Jingle Jam, will take place on Saturday, December 6 from 1 - 4 p.m. at Centennial Center Park (13050 E. Peakview). Stop by and listen to some festive holiday music performed by local elementary and middle schools. Get into the holiday spirit with some free holiday cookies, hot cocoa and cider. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be attending, so bring your camera and wish list. We hope you will join us!
