The Streets at SouthGlenn Update
The City of Centennial has received a pre-submittal application from Alberta Development Partners for a proposed amendment to the Streets at SouthGlenn Master Development Plan (MDP). This notice is being shared with nearby property owners, homeowner associations and community groups to encourage awareness and input.
What is a Virtual Community Meeting?
Before a formal application is submitted, a virtual community meeting is held to inform surrounding property owners and neighborhoods about the proposed development and to gather feedback on potential impacts that could be addressed or mitigated.
If you own or manage a rental property near the site, we kindly ask that you share this notice with your tenants so they can also participate.
Project Summary

Proposal: Amendment to the SouthGlenn MDP to allow:
- 550 additional residential units, for a total of 1,675 residential units
- A reduction in the minimum required retail space
- An increase in maximum building height from 75 ft to 100 ft on part of the site
- Changes to signage standards

Location: Streets at SouthGlenn, approximately 70 acres at the southwest corner of E. Arapahoe Rd. and S. University Blvd. (north end of the site)
