61st Street and Valmont Road Intersection Safety Improvements Virtual Meeting Sept. 22 

Project Team Will Discuss Project and Travel Impacts Which Could Include Full Closure of 61st/63rd Street 

Boulder County, Colo. - County staff and the consulting team will present final plans for intersection safety improvements at 61st Street and Valmont Road at a virtual public meeting on: 

Tuesday, Sept. 22 
6 to 7 p.m.

Attendees will have a chance to ask questions and comment on the project after the staff presentation.

In order to safely complete this project, 61st Street may need to be closed at Valmont Road for multiple months. The project is anticipated to start in the spring of 2027 and will take 8 months to complete.
