Hello Community Partners,
Federal changes are coming to Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) and we’re writing to share some resources, including where to find the most current information.
What's Available Now
The Center to Advance Consumer Partnership has created an H.R. 1 Communications Toolkit with ready-to-use materials for providers and community partners. You'll find English and Spanish printable materials, social media graphics, newsletter content, and more. Many materials can be customized with your organization's logo. Access the H.R. 1 Communications Toolkit for Colorado's Medicaid Program.
The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing has also created the Stakeholders Support Hub where partners can learn more about H.R.1 work requirements, get answers to common questions, see the timeline when changes will happen, and register for upcoming webinars and events.

Where to Find Answers
The main source for accurate, up-to-date information is HealthFirstColorado.com/Changes. That’s where you or your clients should go with questions.

Optional: Join the Medicaid Member Table
Clients can help shape how information is shared with Medicaid members across Colorado by joining the Medicaid Member Table. This is a community of Medicaid members and caregivers who share ideas on how to tell people about changes. Members can participate through surveys, listening sessions, or by reviewing materials. Stipends are available. To join, clients can visit bit.ly/MedicaidMemberTable, or email Libby@pfccpartners.com with questions.
Download the English flyer and the Spanish flyer to print and share with clients.
