Help Inform Our Warm Line Pilot

Hello community partners,

Boulder County is taking part in the Colorado Warm Line Pilot. It is part of the state's effort to reimagine its child welfare system so families can find support earlier.

The Warm Line connects the state's child abuse reporting hotline with Colorado 211. When a call may not need child welfare, callers can be linked to 211 to find help for the family instead.

The project team wants to hear from many voices: parents, caregivers, family members, people with lived experience, and others who work with children and families. Your input, along with the input of the people you serve, helps the team learn how well the community knows about the Warm Line and how to make the pilot stronger.

The survey asks about:

How people notice and respond to concerns about a child's or family's well-being
What people know about the Warm Line Pilot
How people decide where to go for help
Ways to connect families with resources sooner

The survey takes about 10 minutes and is open through Friday, July 31. Anyone who takes it can also choose to join a future interview or focus group.
