The Parks & Open Space Advisory Committee will meet on Thursday, March 28, at 5:30 p.m., one hour earlier than normal, to consider the proposed Integrated Weed Management Plan.
The meeting will be held in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or in-person at the Boulder County Courthouse, 1325 Pearl St, Boulder.

Public Comment Period for Items Not on the Agenda and the Director’s Update will not occur to allow enough time for the Integrated Weed Management Plan decision.
Public Comments
Public comments will be accepted from individuals attending the meeting in-person or virtually through the Zoom Webinar. Registration is only required for participants who want to provide public comment.
Comments may be limited to 2 minutes per speaker, depending on the number of people signed up to speak. Speakers can pool their time, up to 8 minutes maximum (1 speaker + 3 pooled and each person donating their time must be present during the meeting).
All comments that have been shared at public hearings and submitted in writing have been recorded as part of the public record and will be kept in consideration by the decision makers. It is not necessary to repeat public comments previously submitted. During public hearings speakers are requested not to repeat statements made by previous speakers other than to express points of agreement or disagreement.
Written Comments
Written public comments regarding the Integrated Weed Management Plan can be submitted using the Public Comment Form. Comments submitted by midnight Tuesday, March 26, will be reviewed by staff and committee members before the meeting.
