County Commissioners to hear update on Transportation Sales Tax on Tuesday

Last November, voters in Boulder County approved an extension of the existing 1/10 of one-percent Transportation Sales Tax. The ballot issue included a list of 41 transportation-related projects and programs that are anticipated to be funded by the tax extension between 2024 and 2038. Public Works and Community Planning and Permitting department staff will provide an update on the tax to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), including projects that are underway or planned for 2023-2025. No public comment will be heard at this meeting, but residents are encouraged to join the online session to learn more.
