Property Valuation information session scheduled for residents impacted by the Marshall Fire
Boulder County Assessor Cynthia Braddock, in partnership with Marshall ROC, is hosting an online information event to answer questions about 2023 property valuations for those impacted by the Marshall Fire. The event will take place on Wednesday, May 24, from 6 -7:30 p.m. Registration is required.
Topics to be discussed are the reappraisal of value, how values were established for Marshall Fire properties, and how to appeal your value. The meeting will include a question-and-answer session. Spanish interpretation will be available.
To find out more about the 2023 property valuations, including the appeals process, visit boco.org/2023valuation. Appeals must be submitted by June 8.
In addition, in-person property appeals for Marshall Fire property owners will be available at the Louisville Recreation and Senior Center, 900 Via Appia Way, on Thursdays, May 25 and June 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
