Boulder County Transit Program of Projects (POP) Public Comment
In compliance with requirements and guidelines outlined in Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Circular 9030.1E, and the Boulder County Title VI Program, comment is requested on the FTA American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) formula fund apportionment for the small Urbanized Areas (UZAs) of Boulder, Longmont, and Louisville-Lafayette-Erie FTA Formula Funds Program of Projects (POP).
 On June 8, 2022, Boulder County hosted a public meeting to seek input on the proposed list of transit projects. The recording of that video can be viewed here. The formal public comment period concludes on June 30, 2022.

Charge Ahead Colorado Grant
The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) provides grants for electric vehicle charging stations. Grant funding to install EV charging stations is offered to fleets and entities located in the seven-county Denver Metro Area, including Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglass, and Jefferson Counties.

Free Hessie Trailhead Shuttle begins Friday, May 27
Boulder County is providing free shuttle service on Fridays, weekends, and holidays this summer and fall to carry passengers from Nederland High School (597 County Road 130) to the Hessie Trailhead, a popular entry point to access hiking trails such as Lost Lake and the Indian Peak Wilderness off of Fourth of July Road.
On days when the Hessie Shuttle is open, the RTD route NB between Boulder and Nederland High School will be free to ride. Masks are not required on the shuttle.

Boulder B(Cycle) Providing Free E-bike Bike Share to Low Income Workers
Community Cycles and Boulder BCycle are partnering to offer free BCycle passes to low-income workers, especially those who participate in low-income, affordable, or subsidized programs. Learn more here and find out if you qualify for this program.
