Community Planning and Permitting:
Docket SPR-21-0067: Fritschel New Residence; Site Plan Review
to remove an existing 824-square-foot residence and construct
a one-story 2,300-square-foot residence in an adjacent location,
on a 35.01-acre parcel where the Presumptive Size Maximum is
,500 square feet. The application is submitted by Peter Fritschel
and Pam Nelson. The property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district
at 330 Sutherland Road, Section 12, Township 3N, Range 73W.
ACTION REQUESTED: Decision

VIRTUAL TOWN HALL AND PUBLIC COMMENT (Zoom Webinar)
Commissioners' Office: The County Commissioners and
County Administrator Jana Petersen will discuss how county tax
dollars are managed and provide time to take questions regarding
the budget. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., the Commissioners will take
public comment. People interested in speaking can email
commissioners@bouldercounty.org for one of the 10 speaking slots --
first come, first served. A total of 3 minutes of public comment will
be allotted per registered speaker and only 30 minutes of public
comment will be accommodated.
