Receive your Mail Ballot?
Ballots went out in the mail last week.
If you did not receive your ballot by now, please call our office at 303-413-7740 between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. to verify your address and request a replacement ballot be mailed to you. The last day for our office to mail you a ballot is Monday, October 28. After that date, you can visit any Voter Service and Polling Center to request a ballot in-person.

Attend this presentation to learn about how your local elections office ensures an efficient, accurate, and secure election. The presentation will include information about the next four elections, ballot processing basics, voter statistics, recent legislative impacts on elections, election security, and more.
When & Where:
CU Campus – Wednesday, October 23 – 4 p.m. – Hellems Arts & Sciences (near the UMC on Euclid Ave.) – Room 199 (RSVP requested, but not required)
Online Webinar – Monday, October 28, 12 p.m. – RSVP required so we can send you login directions the day prior for webinar access. Note: We will record this presentation and post on our YouTube channel at a later date.
The presentation and Q&A is expected to last about one hour.
Election Open House / Ballot Processing Tours
See how ballots are processed, understand how signatures are verified on mail ballots, and learn about how ballot resolution works, among other ballot processing procedures and safeguards. Visitors will be able to observe workers processing ballots for the Tuesday, November 5 Coordinated Election. Students are strongly encouraged to attend to learn more about the elections process. Tour and Q&A takes about 30 minutes.
Where & When: 1750 33rd Street in Boulder – Elections Division Ballot Processing Center (east side warehouse entrance)
Thursday, October 31, 12 p.m.–1:30 p.m. with tours approximately every 30 minutes
Monday, November 4, 4:30 p.m.– 6 p.m. with tours approximately every 30 minutes
