COGCC to hold Crestone Comprehensive Drilling Plan hearing April 29-30
Hearing will take place in the Boulder City Council Chambers

After putting its hearing on hold last October, the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) has announced that it will hold a hearing on the proposed Crestone Comprehensive Drilling Plan (CDP) and its associated drilling and spacing units, April 29 – 30.
The COGCC hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at 1777 Broadway in Boulder. The COGCC hearing will be open to the public and members of the public will have an opportunity to speak, although scheduling of the CDP within the three-day timeframe has not yet been specified. As soon we learn more about the timing of the CDP, we will publicize the meeting details.
