Accessible, Affordable and Equitable Transportation Options for Boulder County

RTD Has Made Some Changes to Fares

On Jan 1, RTD increased their fare rates, but made a few important changes at the same time. Riders can now purchase a 3-Hour Pass, which replaced the 3-hour one-way transfer. This means that if you can complete your trip within 3 hours, you only need to buy one bus pass. RTD has also increased the discount offered to riders between the ages of 6 and 19 to 70%. Up to 3 children 5 and younger can rider for free when they are with an adult who has purchased a bus pass.
