Do you drive to school? Did you know you can participate in Trip Tracker too?
Ever wonder how far you can park away from school and still get Trip Tracker credit?
These maps will show you how to participate if you drive to/from school often or on occasion. The maps identify a boundary line not to drive through, if you want to earn Trip Tracker trips and you can has only your own family members in it. This is how families that need to drive most of the way, can still participate in the program.
Parking outside of the boundary line and walking part of the way is often faster than getting stuck in the traffic line, plus everyone involved gets a little extra exercise, which is good for the body and brain.
Each month, these trips can be reported as a Partial Trip = part of the trip counts, if you don't pull all the way up to school property.
Carpooling (2+ families in a car) is it's own category, just like walking, biking, & busing are also categories.
