           6:30 pm);

HOUSING AUTHORITY DISCUSSION ITEMS

2.   Housing Authority:
      Multifamily Housing Revenue Bond (Trinity Commons
      Housing Corporation Project) Series 2016 (Amended and
      Restated).

3.   Housing Authority Resolutions:
      a.  2018-07, approving the 2019 Annual Plan Mandated by
           the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
           (HUD) for Boulder County Housing Authority;
       b. 2018-10, revising the Boulder County Housing Authority
           Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan
           Local Preferences;
       c. 2018-11, approving the Boulder County Housing Authority
           Amended Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 Administrative
           Plan;
       d. 2018-12, setting the 2019 Payment Standard for Residents
            with Boulder County Housing Authority Choice Vouchers.

COMMISSIONERS CONSENT ITEMS

4.   Area Agency on Aging: Contracts
      a.  Renewal No. 2 with Complete Home Health Care LLC for
           homemaker and personal care services, with amendment No. 2
           to increase the not-to-exceed amount from $149,690 to
           $170,880.46);
      b.  Renewal No. 3 with Mental Health Partners for group and
            individual counseling for older adults and their caregivers
            (not to exceed $72,225.01).
      ACTION REQUESTED: Approval / Signature

5.   Community Services Department:
      Certification of Local Approval by Local Board of Commissioners
      for Nonprofit Organizations for Colorado Division of Housing
      Emergency Shelter Grants (Boulder Shelter).

6.   County Attorney’s Office:
      Resolution 2018-105 conditionally approving Land Use Docket
       V-18-0002/EP-18-0005: Smiling Daisy Farms, LLC and Tollgate
      Organic Farms, LLC.

7.   Community Justices Services:
      Grant-funded awards from the U.S. Department of Justice Programs
      a.   Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Site-based Program
            ($160,252 revenue);
      b.   Mental Health Collaboration Program ($346,512 revenue).
      ACTION REQUESTED: Approval / Signature

8.   Head Start:
       Approval for the Colorado Preschool Program – Boulder Valley
       School District to serve 12 children in half-day preschool slots
       at the Woodlands Children site.
       ACTION REQUESTED: Approval / Signature

9.   Housing and Human Services Department:
      Grant award from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of
      Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention for implementing the
      Evidence-Based Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment Services
      ($719,724 federal funding).
      ACTION REQUESTED: Approval / Signature

10. Housing and Human Services Department:
       Intergovernmental Agreement with the Cities of Boulder and Longmont
       establishing the structure and financial governance of the Boulder
       County Regional Housing Partnership ($45,000 per year for each year
       the IGA remains in effect).
        ACTION REQUESTED: Approval / Signature

11. Jail Division:
      Contract renewal No. 1 with Melanie Parker for dental assistant
      services to inmates at the Jail (not to exceed $40,560).
       ACTION REQUESTED: Approval / Signature

12. Parks and Open Space Department:
      Amendment to grant award from the Urban Drainage and Flood Control
      District for the Boulder Creek – Bailey Ponds 2019 Improvement project,
      to increase funding ($200,000 UDFCD + $20,000 county match, for a total
      of $220,000).
      ACTION REQUESTED: Approval / Signature

13. Road Maintenance Division:
      Contract with Green Dream International, LLC to supply street sanding
       materials (not to exceed $250,000).
      ACTION REQUESTED: Approval / Signature

14. Workforce Boulder County:
      FY16-19 Four Year Regional Plan Modification with the Colorado Department
      of Labor and Employment, to plan for execution of Workforce Development
      activities.

15. Sheriff’s Office:
      Notice that Sheriff Pelle has rescinded the Fire Ban in Boulder County,
      effective October 9, 2018.

16. Housing and Human Services Department:
      Grant application to the Colorado Department of Human Services for the
      2Generation Opportunities (2GO) Pilot Project ($100,000 state funding +
      $27,500 county match for a total of $127,500).
      ACTION REQUESTED: Approval / Signature

17. Ratification of Chair Domenico’s 10/16/18 signature on Contract Amendment
      No. 4 with KRONOS Payroll Solutions, for additional scope of work
      (additional $56,880 for a revised contract amount of $477,251.16).
