                    Land Use Department:  

                    Docket SU-16-0001 The Old Gallery SU-SSDP; Special 

                    Use Review and Site Specific Development Plan to 

                    amend an existing Special Use Review (SU-08-010 

                    Allenspark Community Center) in order to allow an 

                    expanded use of the property. The proposed project 

                    is in the Business and Forestry Zoning Districts, 

                    at 14863 Highway 7, north of Allenspark, in Section 

                    26, T3N, R73W.

                    ACTION REQUESTED:  Decision

                    Land Use Department:  

                    Docket LU-17-0029 / SPR-18-0077 McCay Estates, LLC;

                    Limited Impact Special Use Review to allow for an 

                    Agricultural Accessory Dwelling   Unit and Site Plan 

                    Review for deconstruction of an existing residence, 

                    garage, and nonconforming residence, and construc-

                    tion of a 7,345 sq.ft. residence with attached 

                    garage and 1,025 sq.ft. covered deck, and a 4,000 

                    sq.ft. barn and accessory dwelling unit structure on 

                    an approximately 37-acre parcel in the Agricultural 

                    and Rural Residential zoning districts where the 

                    Presumptive Size Maximum is 3,585 sq.ft. The proposed 

                    project is located at 1498 Marshall Road, on the 

                    northeast side of Marshall Road approximately 1,000 

                    feet northwest of its intersection with State Highway 

                    170, in Section 16, T1S, R70W.

                    This hearing will be tabled indefinitely at the 

                    applicant’s request.

       a.  Request to use the Justice Center Parking Lot from 

            Lee Plenty Wolf for Indigenous Peoples Day Parade 

            and Pow Wow vendor parking on October 6 & 7 

            (7 am – 11 pm);

       b.  Request to use the Courthouse Lawn from Lee Plenty 

            Wolf for the Indigenous Peoples Day Parade and Pow 

            Wow on Monday, October 8.

 2.   Budget Office:  Worthy Cause Funding Agreements

       a.  I Have A Dream Foundation, to reduce the debt for

       b.  Housing Authority of Boulder County, to purchase 

             real property located at 1820, 1840 & 1860 Alpine 

             Avenue, Boulder ($1,044,187 WC III).

 3.   Building Services Division:  Contract with Whitestone 

       Construction Services, Inc. to bring one shower and 

       six cells at the Jail into ADA compliance ($163,300).

      or Refund of Taxes recommended for approval by the 

      Assessor’s Office for Mark & Diana Williams, R0087516

 5.  County Attorney’s Office:  Land Use Resolutions

      a.  2018-79, conditionally approving Docket HP-18-0004 

           (Wencel Barn);

      b.  2018-80, approving Docket HP-18-0005 

           (Warembourg House);

      c.  2018-81, conditionally approving Docket LU-18-0004 

           /SPR-17-0069 (Trienens Access Grading, Residence, 

           Barn, Office, Pergola, Wind Turbine, and Ground-

           Mounted Solar Array).

6.    IMPACT Care Management Division: Task Order 2018-01A 

        to the Master Contract with Mental Health Center of 

        Boulder County dba Mental Health Partners to include 

        Statement of Work (Exhibit A) and Payment and Report-

        ing Requirements (Exhibit B) (NTE $1,172,992).

7.    Parks and Open Space Department:

      a.  Opioid litigation and Professional Services 

           Agreement with Keller Rohrback LLP for legal 

           services in pursuing claims for damages and 

           injunctive relief against pharmaceutical 

           companies and/or pharmaceutical distributors 

           who manufacture, market and sell prescription 

           opioids, and other related services as 

           necessary;

      b.  Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Boulder 

           District Court Case No. 2018CV030349.
