Structure Fire in 400 Block of Lake Shore Drive
Boulder County, Colo. - On July 7, 2018 at approximately 10:55 p.m. Boulder County Communications Center received a 911 phone call about a house on fire. Three people, one dog, and one cat evacuated the house uninjured.
Deputies, along with Rocky Mountain Fire, Boulder Rural Fire, Louisville Fire Department, Lafayette Fire Department, Coal Creek Fire, Boulder Emergency Services, American Medical Response, and Multi Agency Fire Investigation Team (MAFIT) responded. The fire was extinguished without injuries. The fire appeared to start near the back deck and spread to the roof of the house.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined, but foul play or criminal activity is not suspected. MAFIT will determine the cause and origin of the fire.
