The Hullinghorst Room and the Small Conference Room are also located on the third floor of the downtown courthouse. Commissioners' meetings and hearings are webstreamed "live" and archived for viewing online. Public comments are taken at meetings designated as Public Hearings.

Land Use Department:  Docket EP-18-0006/SPR-18-0062 Spring Tree NUPUD Plat Amend-ment and Sedillos Site Plan Review; Exemption Plat request to amend the terms of the Spring Tree Subdivision NUPUD Plat and Site Plan Review for existing 240 sq.ft. and 198 sq.ft. Accessory Agricultural structures, for an existing 181 sq.ft. Residential Accessory Structure, and for a new 990 sq.ft. barn and a new 400 sq.ft. greenhouse on a 1.3-acre parcel. The pro-posed project is located in the Agricultural Zoning District at 7400 Cardinal Lane, Lot 3 of Spring Tree NUPUD,  roughly 800 feet northeast of the intersection of Cardinal Lane & Robin Drive, in  Section 26, T2N, R70W.

Parks and Open Space Department:  Hicks-Stitzel Acquisition; Boulder County proposes to invest $1,900,000 to acquire fee title to approximately 106 acres comprised of dryland and irrigated agricultural lands, and a conservation easement over 1.1 acres of land in the vicinity of North 75th Street, Longmont. The property is located at 13359 North 75th Street, on the west side of 75th Street and north of Highway 66.

Land Use Department:  Docket LU-18-0004/SPR-17-0069 Trienens; Limited Impact Special Use review for 1,132 cu.yds. of grading for driveway and parking areas and  Site Plan Review to construct a 2,000 sq.ft. dwelling, a 2,400 sq.ft. agricultural building, a 460 sq.ft. detached office building, a wind generator, and a ground-mounted solar array on an approximately 10-acre property. The proposed project is located in the Agricultural Zoning District at 1336 Steamboat Valley Road, approximately one mile north of the Town of Lyons, in Section 7, T3N, R70W. Tabled from 4/17/18.
