Longmont Pride Mixer and Festival
On June 20, the AAA cosponsored with Out Boulder County the 50+ LGBTQ Mixer at OBC on Main in Longmont. Nearly forty people gathered together to meet, greet and eat while kicking off the pride celebration in Longmont. We filled the OBC on Main with conversation and laughter as we celebrated Pride in Longmont.
BCAAA also hosted a booth at the Longmont Pride Festival on June 23. We had such a fun time celebrating with hundreds of people. Our spin-the-wheel trivia was such a hit that in the beginning, we had a line of people outside the booth waiting for their chance to play! Thanks to the staff and volunteers who made the day possible. We couldn’t have done it without you! Special thanks to our Boulder County Commissioners, Deb Gardner and Cindy Domenico for stopping by to support us. Also thanks to Out Boulder County for organizing a great event.

Thank you to the many people who attended to share their opinions and perspectives about what BCAAA should do during the next four-year Age Well plan. We appreciate your feedback regarding your physical well-being, lifelong learning and connection to others through discussion about technology, safety and caregiving.
