Hall Ranch 2 Access Road repairs to begin Monday, March 26

Intermittent delays on Old South St. Vrain Road should be expected.

Boulder County, Colo. - Parks & Open Space will begin repair of the access road to the Hall Ranch II property beginning the week of March 26. The project is located beyond the gate at the end of Old South St. Vrain Road. The repair work will be in high gear during the month of April and wrap up by early May, assuming no major weather delays.

Work activity will be concentrated on the property. However, there will be periods of time where materials delivery trucks will be accessing the project via Old South St. Vrain Road. Early in the project, boulders and large equipment will be delivered. Toward the end of the project, gravel road base material will be delivered for resurfacing the road. A flagger will help to direct construction traffic at the turn off from Highway 7.
