  4. Docket BCCP-13-0001: Boulder County Comprehensive Plan Update: Cultural Resources Element Update
    An updated version of the Cultural Resources Element was approved by Planning Commission in 2013, with a request for minor edits to address language consistency, etc. The project was deferred following the 2013 flood. Staff is now finalizing the updated content and applying the new BCCP template structure. Public testimony will be taken. (Staff Planner: Denise Grimm, Senior Planner) 
    Action Requested: Decision. 

  5. Overview of Geologic Hazard Mapping Study, Outcomes and Next Steps
    Staff will present an overview of CDBG-DR resiliency grant-funded work completed by a geotechnical consulting team in 2017. The consultants’ work included: 1) county-wide mapping of landslide potential and updates to other hazard-related mapping, and 2) providing tools and guidance for planners. The county is integrating the outcomes of the work to address potential geotechnical-related hazards identified through land use planning processes. Public testimony will be taken. (Staff Planner: Nicole Wobus) 
    Action Requested: None. Informational Item Only.

 

The staff recommendation for BCCP-13-0001 will be posted to the docket webpage on March 14.
