The proposed project is located in the Forestry Zoning District at 6126 Magnolia Drive, approximately 5 miles up Magnolia from Boulder Canyon Drive, adjacent to and north of Magnolia Drive, in Section 11, T1S, R72W. Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan Major Update (Docket BVCP-15-0001)
Boulder Valley Comprehensive Development Plan IGA Renewal (Docket IGA-17-0001)
The scope of the public hearing includes: (1) the 2015 Major Update to the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan (BVCP) including proposed policy, text, and map changes to the plan;
(2) proposed CU South land use map change and guiding principles; and (3) the updated Comprehensive Plan Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Boulder and Boulder County including amendment procedures.
