HOUSING AUTHORITY DISCUSSION ITEMS

2.     Housing Authority:  Grant application to the Colorado 
        Department of Local Affairs for the Housing Rehabilita-
        tion Project for BCHA rental properties ($696,219.00).

COMMISSIONERS CONSENT ITEMS

3.     Area Agency on Aging Division:  Contract with the
        Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing
        for the Dental Health Care Program for Low-Income
        Seniors ($126,283 revenue).
        ACTION REQUESTED:  Approval / Signature

4.     Business Operations Division:  Petition for Abatement or
        Refund of Taxes recommended for approval by the Assessor’s
        Office for Otter Products LLC, P0402554 (2016 refund
        $12,558.34).

5.     Commissioners’ Office:  2017 Economic Development Contract
        with the Small Business Development Center ($4,500).

6.     Community Services Department:  Grant-funded contract
        renewal No. 1 with the YMCA of Boulder Valley for implemen-
        tation of prosocial activities to reduce youth substance
        abuse, with amendment No. 1 to increase the not-to-exceed
        amount ($50,000).

7.     Community Services Department:  Grant-funded contract
        renewal with the City of Boulder for pass-through funding
        for a community-wide substance abuse prevention education
        program, with Amendment No. 1 to clarify terms ($205,000).

8.     County Attorney’s Office:  USDA – Natural Resources Conser-
        vation Service (Form ADS-78) regarding the Emergency Water-
        shed Protection (EWP) Grant for Boulder Fourmile Canyon
        Creek / Wagonwheel Gap Road.

9.     Information Technology Division:  Amendment No. 1 to the
        contract with Insight Designs Web Solutions, LLC for public
        website conversion consulting, to incorporate post-
        implementation support services and hourly rate schedule
        (not to exceed $25,000).

10.   Land Use Department:  Intergovernmental Agreement with the
        City of Boulder for the Energy Impact Offset Fund ($37,092
        revenue).
        ACTION REQUESTED:  Approval / Signature

11.   Sheriff’s Office:  Contract renewal No. 4 with Wireless
        Advanced Communications for vehicle equipment and installa-
        tion (not to exceed $250,000).
        ACTION REQUESTED:  Approval / Signature

12.   Road Maintenance Division:  Contract with Environtech
        Services, Inc. to provide backup supply and application of
        dust control products (not to exceed $40,000).

13.   Transportation Department:  Flood-Related Contracts
        a.  Amendment No. 1 with Western States Reclamation, Inc.
             for vegetation restoration along Left Hand Creek,
             revising the completion and invoicing dates and increas-
             ing funding from $97,314 to $117,314;
        b.  Alfred Benesch & Company for construction management and
             inspection services related to the Fourmile Canyon Flood
             Recovery Project ($2,048,769).

       of Historic Places nomination of the Longhurst Lodge-McCarty

15.  Parks and Open Space Department:  Request for an exception to
       Parks and Open Space Rules and Regulations to allow E-bike use
       on the Scriffiny Property US 36 Bikeway.
