      Boulder County Housing and Human Services Department
      for EnergySmart Plus low-income weatherization
      services ($287,652.54), with amendment No. 1 to
      update the scope of work.

2.   Housing and Human Services:  Contract renewal No. 1
      with Boulder County Housing Authority for EnergySmart

      from the Colorado Division of Youth Corrections for

5.   Community Services Department:  Contract renewal
      No. 3 with Corrections Management, Inc. for adult
      residential and non-residential community correc-

6.   Parks and Open Space Department:  Continuing
      Services Contract Renewals
      a.  Renewal No. 2 with Hageman Inc., dba Hageman

           Inc. for civil and structural engineering

            Support Services ($105,425);

9.    County Attorney’s Office:  Land Use Docket Resolutions
      a.  Resolution 2017-37, conditionally approving Docket
          LU-16-0042 / SPR-16-0138 (Pyrola Residence and

          LU-16-0041 (Boulder County Forestry Processing and
          Sort Yard).

10.  Sheriff’s Office:  Request for a bid waiver for
      Jeremiah Kaplan, M.D., the only local physician who
      indicated an interest in providing medical services at
      the Boulder County Jail ($25,000), with attached
      contract.

11.  Housing and Human Services:  Request for a bid waiver
      for the Developmental Disabilities Center dba IMAGINE!
      to provide financial incentives to State Approved
      Providers that serve Boulder County residents
      ($1,045,000), with attached contract.

12.  Human Resources Division:  Request from the Department
      of Housing and Human Services to extend the terms for
      the following flood positions through 12/25/17

13.  Human Resources Division:  Request from the Land Use
      Department to extend the term for the Project Manager,
      flood position #8442 through 8/31/17, and decrease
      the position from a 1.0 to a .75 FTE.

14.  Land Use Department:  Request for clarification
      regarding Docket SE-16-0011 (Brawner Lot Recognition)
      as to the intent of the direction given to Land Use
      staff and the applicant during the public hearing on
      November 29, 2016. The property is located at 4771
      North 26th Street.
