Restoration; Limited Impact Special Use Review to perform approximately 3,140 cu. yds. of earthwork for habitat restoration along 2.1 miles of South Boulder Creek on Open Space & Mountain Parks property that was damaged in the 2013 Flood. The proposed project is located in the Rural Residential Zoning District at 66 South Cherryvale Road, 5600 Table Mesa Drive, 1426, 1430 & 1464 Marshall Road, along South Boulder Creek between U.S. 36 and Marshall Road, in Section 9, T1S, R70W.

11:30 a.m. LAND USE DEPARTMENT 
Public Hearing:  Docket SI-15-0001 Lafayette Water Supply and Transmission Improvement Project; Request for Areas and Activities of State Interest (HB 1041) review for  the upgrade of water systems for the City of Lafayette. Project includes a 5.8-mile reuse (non-potable) pipeline from the City's Wastewater Reclamation Facility to the Goose Haven Reservoir Complex and two segments of potable water transmission line, referred to as the Orange Zone Pipeline. Segment one (1.4 miles) extends from the existing 4 million gallon buried concrete water storage tank to an existing pipeline at 95th Street, and segment two (1.3 miles) extends from intersection of 95th Street and Arapahoe Road east to the U.S. 287 and Arapahoe Road intersection. The proposed project is located in the Rural Residential and Agricultural Zoning Districts. The reuse pipeline runs approximately 100 feet north of Baseline Road, from East County Line road west to the west side of U.S. 287, where approximately 2500 feet west of the highway the pipeline turns north and runs north to terminate at the east side of Goose Haven Reservoir Complex. The potable water transmission extends from the Baseline water treatment plant towards the east on the south side of Baseline Road then north at Applewood Drive along the recreation path to a point where it turns east to run along the north edge of the Indian Peaks Golf Course south of Red Deer Trail, then extending to an existing pipeline in 95th Street. An additional segment which extends from the northwest corner of the intersection of 95th Street and Arapahoe Road east to a point approximately 1250 feet from the intersection of U.S. 287 & Arapahoe Road, in Sections 22, 27, 32, 33, 36, R69, T1N, and Sections 05, 06, R69, T1S.

2:00 p.m. TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT 
Public Hearing:  Docket DC-16-0003 Boulder County Storm Drainage Criteria Manual; The Boulder County Transportation Department, with the help of an engineering consultant, has prepared an updated Storm Drainage Criteria Manual for adoption. The updated manual will repeal and replace the county’s first manual, published in 1984. This hearing will be tabled to 10/27/16 at 11:00 a.m.
