Missing Boulder Teen Found Dead
Search for missing teen ends in tragic discovery
Boulder County, Colo. - On February 17, 2016, at approximately 9:50 a.m. the body of a 19 year-old male, later identified by the Boulder County Coroner's Office as Christopher Thompson of Boulder, was found at the base of the third flatiron.
Boulder County Sheriff's deputies and Emergency Services were dispatched to the area around 3:50 a.m. that morning to assist the Boulder Police Department in attempting to locate the missing teen. Rocky Mountain Rescue Group (RMRG) responded and the decedents body was found in a raven behind the third flatiron. RMRG evacuated the body from the area. No foul play is suspected. The Coroner's Office will determine the cause and manner of death.
